We want you to LOVE your jewelry as much as we do. If you don’t, we promise to provide you with a drama-free return process. Just send the item back within 30 days of the sale date. Print out our return label below and include a return packing slip below. We will gladly refund your money, provide you with store credit, or swap it out for a different piece. We do not cover the cost of shipping for returns. Sorry, this comes from our pesky finance people :)

Gift card and clearance items are always final sale. You cannot return these items for any reason. Why would you want to return a gift card anyways? Come buy some cool stuff - we have something for everyone!

If you receive your product damaged, we want to know about it right away. Damaged or defective products need to be returned within 5 days and we will cover the cost of shipping. Contact us immediately so we can walk you through this process. If that ever happens, we are sorry in advance!

International Return Policy

Bonjour, Hola, Ciao, Merhaba, Namaste! You could have been anywhere in the world, but you’re here with us and for that we thank you. Make an international purchase?  Great! What happens if you want to return something internationally? Just like outlets, our return policy is a little different across the pond (or wherever you may be);

We happily accept unworn merchandise with tags attached within 30 days* of the ship date for a full refund or credit for all qualifying orders. We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. We do not offer free shipping for international returns, regardless of the purchase price. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and fees. Ole’!

And now for the fine print…Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges. Additionally, we cannot refund customs, duties, taxes, VAT or tariffs. In special cases, if you are returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duties and taxes from your local customs office. Contact that office directly for details. Packages that arrive to our warehouse COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. 

International orders are not eligible for:  Free Shipping, Free Returns, Merchandise Exchanges or Certain Promotions/contest.  We are sorry in advance.  :(
