We promise to get your accessories to you as fast as we can, typically within 3-5 business days. We will never have anything on our website that is out of stock or on back order. If its on our website, we have it in hand, waiting for you!
Action – We take quick action to resolve your concerns in a drama-free zone. No one likes a nasty customer service representative or not being heard. We promise to listen to you and address your concerns ASAP! We will resolve them quickly and professionally, we're sisters right? We promise we will do everything we can to make sure your experience is rock solid and you want to come back – what more could you ask for?

It’s a total bummer when something you ordered isn’t what you expected. We only work with gold-level product distributors. We have a strict quality assurance process for items that we import and items that are handmade here in the USA. If it’s not top notch we don’t send it out - Period.
